All times are at 20 degrees centigrade EXCEPT TMAX developer which is 240C.
Do not over-develop T-max film in T-max developer in bright conditions, as it has very high contrast. I suggest you try cutting back the time 10 - 20% at first. Adjust temperature from temp/time compensation chart when necessary.
